Refund policy

At Jora Style, your satisfaction is our priority. We follow the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020, amended by Decree No. 5 of 2023) to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience.

🔄 Returns

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used items (e.g., worn shoes or bags with signs of use) are not eligible for return unless defective.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect

  3. Ship the item back to our designated UAE address (provided upon approval)
